Hotels: If you do not wish to stay on campus you may reserve hotel accommodations in the area. This would be your responsibility and due to contractual commitments will not reduce your registration fee. If you decide to stay in a hotel you should take care of this at once since it will be the high-season for tourists and rooms may become scarce and more expensive the longer you wait.
Please let me know if you will NOT need on-campus lodging.
How are you traveling? If coming by air and you need shuttle service send arrival/departure from San Antonio Airport as soon as you have the information.
*Please note: as much as possible your plane needs to arrive May 21 before 3 p.m. to give you time to drive from the airport to Kerrville, register, and settle into your room before the Kick-Off Party at 7 p.m.
AIRPORT PICK UP & RETURN TRANSPORTATION: It takes about an hour to drive from San Antonio Airport to Kerrville. Rental cars are available at the airports. Driving is recommended if possible, however, there will be car pools for getting to plein air locations.
